China Airlines Business Class Review (Video)

Flying soon? Here are 15 tips that will make your next flight a lot smoother:
Check-in online and skip the check-in lines
Book an express security spot (it’s free in some airports, and allows me to get through security at major Canadian airports in under three minutes)
Visit an airline lounge for good food and space to relax (Check out this article where I talk about the best ways to access lounges)
Book your seat in advance (most airlines charge for seat selection nowadays, but paying more for an extra legroom seat can be worth it for long flights) - Use aeroLOPA to find the best seats on your plane
See how many passengers will be on your flight, and whether they’ll be seated near you with ExpertFlyer
Add your email or phone number to your booking, so you can be notified if your flight gets delayed or if your gate changes
Get travel insurance, in case your flight gets delayed (I recommend applying for a credit card that includes flight delay insurance)
Bring your own entertainment (in case the plane doesn’t have any)
Bring snacks with you (because nobody likes being ripped off at the airport)
Bring noise cancelling headphones
Stay hydrated
Pack light
Pack any medication you might require, just in case
Bring multiple chargers, including one with a USB-A end (in case the plane doesn’t have actual power outlets)
If possible, adjust your sleep schedule in advance
